The Wilton community have been very involved in the development at Wilton Hill and are keen to welcome new residents and businesses and introduce them to their town.

Estate Management

Our Wilton will ultimately be responsible for management and upkeep of the open space areas, attenuation ponds, play areas, etc on the Erskine Park and Wilton Hill estates. Currently they are under the direction of Redrow. Please refer to the information elsewhere on this page.

Community Café

The Entrain Space cafe in the final stages of completion. It is located in the corner of Erskine House and will welcome all visitors (you don't have to be part of the veterans' program to enjoy the café!).

The Café

The Café in Erskine House will welcome all visitors. As well as the usual food & drinks, the café will also have superfast fibre broadband for faster browsing, thanks to the generosity of Openreach.

The café space is complete and will be fitted out with a lovely contemporary range of furniture and furnishings. Our goal is to employ our veterans in the Café, to deliver a delicious menu of food and drinks and a warm welcome for all visitors. We aim to open the Café for business later in 2021, we have been somewhat delayed by the covid crisis.

Estate Management for Wilton Hill & Erskine Park residents

Redrow PLC are currently responsible for all estate maintenance, including the open spaces, attenuation ponds and play areas. They have engaged Residential Management Group (RMG Ltd) as the estate’s management agency. RMG will collect all management fees from residents, provide support with your accounts and look after the maintenance of the shared parts of the estates. You can contact RMG via their RMG Living Portal, which provides a quick and easy way to keep in contact, report an issue, make secure payments, view statements and check your account.
